With our market-rate apartments, we offer excellent independent living options while keeping affordability in mind. With no buy-in, we help keep your costs down so you have the freedom to explore new opportunities and discover new passions.
Affordable rent is just the beginning of what we offer at The Towers. We’re committed to providing a beautiful and continuously improving living experience that prioritizes well-being. That’s why we’re currently undergoing a massive renovation project to modernize our shared spaces. Our architectural plans are based on the latest research on how light, shape, texture, and space impact mental and psychological well-being. We’re creating a new space that preserves the warmth of our senior community while laying the foundation for an even brighter future. SENIOR APARTMENT PRICING
Residents may choose from one of three apartment styles and sizes, according to availability:
*The Market Rent Fee includes the cost of the dinner plan for one person, 6 dinners
*2 Meal Plan add additional $195 per month 7 days a week.
*3 Meal Plan add additional $415 per month 7 days a week, breakfast, lunch and dinner
*Cleaning Package $36/hour with one hour minimum. Additional time is broken down into half hour increments at $18 per additional half hour.
