The Joy of Drumming

Part of our Physical Pathway.

Participants will be led through a warmup then play along to simple rhythmic patterns with classic songs. The numerous benefits of drumming include increased hand-eye coordination, focus, mental clarity, and motor skill. Led by resident volunteer Ruby Benarroch.
