Healthy Minds & Living Support Group

Part of our Emotional Pathway. This group intends to empower older adults and help them evolve through learning new skills, coping strategies, and lifestyle tips. A different topic is discussed each week. Led by MSW-LMSW Grace Ford.

Part of our Social Pathway. Yiddish phrases are discussed. Words and phrases bring back memories and stimulate discussion. Reminiscing style group. Led by volunteer Michelle Abrams.

Sewing Group

Part of our Intellectual Pathway. Volunteers assist residents sewing scarves, pillow cases,  or other projects for community donation. Typically meets twice per month.
