Creativity StudioPart of our Intellectual Pathway. A lively, game-based cognitive program that keeps the mind active through puzzles and creative challenges. Designed for fun, flexibility, and fast-paced brain stimulation.
Yiddish Group
Creativity StudioPart of our Social Pathway. Yiddish phrases are discussed. Words and phrases bring back memories and stimulate discussion. Reminiscing style group. Led by volunteer Michelle Abrams.
Sewing Group
Creativity StudioPart of our Intellectual Pathway. Volunteers assist residents sewing scarves, pillow cases, or other projects for community donation. Typically meets twice per month.
Book Club Meeting
Creativity StudioPart of our Intellectual Pathway. Meets once a month to discuss a chosen book, which we borrow from local library.
Mindful Art
Creativity StudioPart of our Psychological Pathway. Counselor Amee Marcantonio utilizes many visual arts techniques to facilitate the creative process. An elevated mood, improved mental status and better processing of emotions have been reported by participants.
Hopkins Students Visit
