Sing Along with Richard Gans

Part of our Social Pathway. Great alternative for people who don’t want the formality or commitment of the chorus but love to sing! Pianist Richard Gans leads the group in singing classic songs.

Part of our Psychological Pathway. Music therapy uses several different interventions to promote wellness and manage stress. It encourages communication and expression through musical interaction and it is just a lot of fun!  Led by certified music therapist Tess Sandler.

30 Minute Exercise

Part of our Physical Pathway. A shortened, modified version of our Healthy & Fit. These sessions are typically performed half seated, half standing, and can be modified to most ability levels. Practical strategies for minimizing fall risk are discussed.
