The Joy of Drumming
SanctuaryPart of our Physical Pathway. Participants will be led through a warmup then play along to simple rhythmic patterns with classic songs. The numerous benefits of drumming include increased hand-eye coordination, focus, mental clarity, and motor skill. Led by resident volunteer Ruby Benarroch.

30-Minute Exercise
SanctuaryPart of our Physical Pathway. A shortened, modified version of our Healthy & Fit. These sessions are typically performed half seated, half standing, and can be modified to most ability levels. Practical strategies for minimizing fall risk are discussed.
Healthy Minds & Living Support Group
SanctuaryPart of our Emotional Pathway. This group intends to empower older adults and help them evolve through learning new skills, coping strategies, and lifestyle tips. A different topic is discussed each week. Led by MSW-LMSW Grace Ford.
