The Joy of Drumming
SanctuaryPart of our Physical Pathway. Participants will be led through a warmup then play along to simple rhythmic patterns with classic songs. The numerous benefits of drumming include increased hand-eye coordination, focus, mental clarity, and motor skill. Led by resident volunteer Ruby Benarroch.

SanctuaryPart of our Emotional Pathway. This group intends to empower older adults and help them evolve through learning new skills, coping strategies, and lifestyle tips. A different topic is discussed each week. Led by MSW-LMSW Grace Ford.

SanctuaryPart of our Physical Pathway. A full body exercise session that can be scaled to most ability levels. These workouts aim to increase strength and balance, improve flexibility and overall fitness levels.
