The Towers Hosts LeadingAge Academy

The LeadingAge Connecticut Leadership Academy is a regionally based leadership program that fosters and encourages leadership development within the LeadingAge Connecticut, LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware and LeadingAge Rhode Island member organizations. The Towers was thrilled to host the current cohort of leaders on January 15th and 16th 2026. The Leadership Academy offers a year of dynamic growth, connection, and transformative leadership development designed to elevate impact and expand potential. The Towers Director of Quality Operations, Tim Smith, has been accepted into the academy this year.

The Towers Presented with the Green Resilient and Retrofit Program Grant

Thank you to all who joined us for this morning’s celebration of The Towers’ 20 million dollar Green Resilient and Retrofit Program Grant through HUD. Special thanks to Juana Matias of HUD, Senator Richard Blumenthal, and City of New Haven Mayor, Justin Elicker for helping us kick-off the work that will prepare The Towers for the next generation.
