Dining RoomPart of our Physical Pathway. A shortened, modified version of our Healthy & Fit. These sessions are typically performed half seated, half standing, and can be modified to most ability levels. Practical strategies for minimizing fall risk are discussed.
Interactive Music
Dining RoomPart of our Psychological Pathway. Music therapy uses several different interventions to promote wellness and manage stress. It encourages communication and expression through musical interaction and it is just a lot of fun! Led by certified music therapist Tess Sandler.
Morrison Food Talk
Dining RoomPart of our Intellectual Pathway. Food service provider Morrison. Monthly food sampling. Can feature a special ingredient or have a holiday theme.
Pianist Larry Batter
Dining RoomPart of our Social Pathway. Concerts, themed game nights, trivia and more scheduled throughout the month.
Tai Chi
Dining RoomPart of our Physical Pathway. Offers an enhancement of traditional Tai Ji Quan by transforming the movements into therapeutic training for balance and mobility. Evidence –based program recommended by the National Council on Aging. Led by TJQ certified instructor, Bill Banick.
Christian Worship Service
Dining RoomPart of our Spiritual Pathway. Twice per month Non-denominational Christian service with Pastor Joel Lynch.

Chair Yoga
Dining RoomPart of our Physical Pathway. A lower intensity exercise session performed mostly seated. This is a great option for residents not ready for the frequent standing exercise during a Healthy and Fit session. Led by Yoga/Tai Chi instructor Bil Banick.
